These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website luxinvestmx-official.com (hereinafter, "the Platform"), operated by Luxinvestmx Inmobiliaria Digital, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter, "Luxinvestmx"), a company incorporated under the laws of the United Mexican States, with registered address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 505, Floor 33, Col. Cuauhtemoc, C.P. 06500, Mexico City.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Platform, you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you disagree with any of them, we ask that you do not use the site. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any subsequent modifications to these Terms.

2. Description of service

Luxinvestmx operates a digital real estate crowdlending platform that facilitates the connection between investors and real estate development projects in Mexico. The Platform allows users to learn about available projects, evaluate investment opportunities, and express their interest in participating. Luxinvestmx acts as a technological intermediary and not as a financial advisor, stockbroker, or credit institution.

3. Requirements for use

To use the Platform you must be over 18 years of age, have legal capacity to enter into contracts in Mexico, provide truthful and up-to-date information, and comply with applicable provisions regarding anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing.

4. Investment risks

All investments carry risks. Past returns do not guarantee future returns. Invested capital is not guaranteed and there is a possibility of partial or total loss. Estimated timelines may vary depending on market conditions and project development. Luxinvestmx does not guarantee any specific return or the successful completion of projects.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform, including texts, graphics, logos, images, designs, data compilations, and software, is the property of Luxinvestmx or its licensors and is protected by Mexican and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

Luxinvestmx shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, service interruptions, errors in information provided by third parties, investment decisions made by users, or force majeure events affecting project operations.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the Platform, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

8. Modifications

Luxinvestmx reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the Platform. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review the current Terms.
